REFUND POLICY FOR MARGRAM ADVERTISING SERVICES

This Refund Policy sets forth the terms under which Marine Solutions SD Group LLC ("Administrator", "we", "our", or "us") provides refunds for advertising services purchased by Users ("Advertisers") within the MARGRAM platform. All payments for advertising are processed via the Wayforpay international payment system.

By making a payment for advertising through MARGRAM, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. All payments made for advertising placements on the MARGRAM platform are considered final, non-transferable, and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly outlined in this Policy.

1.2. Marine Solutions SD Group does not store or process payment card data. All transactions are securely handled through Wayforpay.

1.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction.

2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

2.1. Technical Error — If a User is charged more than once for the same service or due to a clear system error that was not caused by the User.

2.2. Failure to Deliver — If the advertising service was not provided at all (e.g., an approved and paid advertisement was never published due to our fault).

2.3. Rejection of Advertisement Before Launch — If a paid advertisement is rejected by the Administrator before publication, and the User chooses not to revise the content.

2.4. Service Downtime — If the MARGRAM platform experiences extended unplanned downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that prevents the delivery of a time-sensitive advertisement.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

3.1. If an advertisement has already been published.

3.2. If a delay or issue occurred due to the User’s failure to follow technical or content submission guidelines.

3.3. If the advertisement was removed or restricted due to a violation of our Terms of Use or content policy (e.g., prohibited content).

3.4. If the request for a refund is submitted more than 7 days after the date of payment.

4. REQUEST PROCEDURE

4.1. To request a refund, the User must send a detailed email to: sales@msdmarine.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – MARGRAM”.

4.2. The email must include:

  • Full name of the advertiser

  • Date and amount of the payment

  • Description of the service purchased

  • Reason for the refund request, with relevant supporting evidence

4.3. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

4.4. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, depending on the payment processor (Wayforpay) and the card-issuing bank.

5.2. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the matter will be governed by the laws of Ukraine and settled in the courts located at the registered address of Marine Solutions SD Group LLC.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

6.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our platform.

6.2. Continued use of MARGRAM advertising services after changes to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
