This Privacy Policy explains how Marine Solutions SD Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Ukraine, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the MARGRAM service ("Service") integrated within the mobile applications "Marine Survey", "Marine Survey Pro", and "Marine Survey Assistant" ("Mobile Applications").
By accessing or using MARGRAM, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1. Information You Provide:
Registration Data: When you register via email, Google Account, or Apple ID, we collect your email, username, and password.
Optional Profile Data: You may choose to provide additional data (e.g., full name, job title, company name, date of birth). This data is not stored on our servers.
Support Requests: Any communication with us (email or social media) may result in collection of personal data you share.
1.2. Automatically Collected Data:
Technical data: IP address, device type, OS, browser version, language settings, usage time and frequency.
Mobile App permissions: With your consent, the app may access device memory for temporary storage (e.g., for calculators). We do not access or store this data externally.
1.3. Cookies and Tracking:
We use technical and functional cookies for secure login and session management. Analytics cookies may be used to improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

To create and manage your MARGRAM account.
To provide technical support and respond to your inquiries.
To improve the functionality and security of MARGRAM.

We do not sell or rent your data.
We may share data with law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by Ukrainian law.
Payment data for advertising services is processed through Wayforpay. We do not store payment card information.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
You may withdraw consent to data processing by emailing support@msdmarine.com with the subject "Withdrawal of Consent". Some functionality may be unavailable without certain data.
DATA RETENTION
Your data is stored as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months.
Data necessary for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes may be retained for up to 7 years.
SECURITY MEASURES
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption, access controls, and secure payment gateways.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
MARGRAM is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
